What are the Rotator Cuffs?

- Subscapularis – this tendon attaches the humerus (upper arm bone) to the shoulder blade. It also helps to rotate the arm and hold it straight out, hold tension, or lower it. This is an important rotator cuff, but not commonly injured because of its location. But it can easily be injured in a high-speed crash or trucking accident.
