Trucking Crashes Involving New Mexico State Vehicles: Know How Long You Have to File a Claim
Generally, under New Mexico law the victim of a negligence case such as a motor vehicle accident has three years from the date of the accident to commence a lawsuit. This is known as the statute of limitations period.
